The mission of Harmonic Awakenings is to create and foster Conscious Synergy on Earth. Conscious Synergy is the miracle of becoming whole and at peace within ourselves, which results in outer harmony with the world and the universe. It also results in harmonious relationships with other beings.

There are infinite paths to achieving greater peace and wholeness within, from study to dance, from feeling to speaking, from practice to reflection. Our mission necessitates the discovery, study and walking of these paths to achieve our aim of creating and fostering conscious synergy.

We use the word awakening as a metaphor for the sudden jump in self-awareness and satisfying sense of accomplishment that occurs when we make powerful realizations. Powerful realizations are not just mental epiphanies, but manifestations through the magic of fully intending our realizations and fully realizing our intentions.

As we discover new paths to achieving conscious synergy, we see that in guiding others on the paths we come to know, we can make their journeys to greater wholeness and peace faster and more enjoyable. We also recognize that for a path to be effective, someone must choose it and own it for themselves. And they must walk it, not just think of it and speak of it.

Our work is therefore not just spiritual, mental or emotional, but practical in that we admit the necessity of disciplined action at times to bring about change.

We also admit that action is taken far more consistently and easily if it is in alignment with what we desire, what we think, and how we feel.

Conscious synergy is only possible when we allow ourselves to be motivated by love instead of fear and we intend to work together instead of against one another.

This doesn’t mean we always agree on everything. But the core values of love-based motivation and the intention to cooperate are at the heart of what we do in Harmonic Awakenings. Without these, there can be no harmony, only dissonance and conflict.
